| Returns and Exchanges |
We want you to be completely satisfied with the items you purchase from A Perfect Match. We will gladly accept returns of merchandise for exchange or refund (less shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

- 1. Item must be in new and unused condition.
- 2. Manufacturer's tags must not be removed from the item.
- 3. Item must be returned in its original packaging.
- 4. If the item has already been exchanged once, any additional exchanges will incur shipping charges based on shipping destination (customer may request a different shipping method than ground if desired).
- 5. If an item to be exchanged is of less value than the original item, an in-store credit will be issued and can be redeemed for up to one year on any purchase.

| Return Authorization Number |

Before you return any item to us, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by contacting our Customer Service Team by phone: (888) 793-1991, or by email: custserv@tennis-apparel.com.

| U.S. Shipping and Handling Standard Delivery (2-3 business days) |
|
Standard delivery within the United States is provided by the US Postal service via Priority Mail. Standard delivery charges are $6.95 for all orders. Actual charges for the available shipping methods are calculated at Checkout, and you can select the shipping method at that time.

| Ground, Two Day and Next Day Shipping |
|
Optional delivery methods include Ground, Two Day and Next Day delivery and is provided by United Parcel Service.

| Same Day Shipping |
|
Orders which are received by 12:00 p.m. Monday - Friday (Mountain Time) will be shipped the same business day, pending credit card approval. Orders which are received on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

| International Shipping & Handling |
|
We're sorry, but we do not have the policies and procedures in place to be able to ship to locations outside of the United States.
